Our current turn around time is approximately 3-5 business days excluding delivery times. To ensure quality and maximum design, all accessories are handmade once the order is placed. Once the piece is made, the item will be sent out.
Please note - shipping times are an estimate and are subject to change depending on order volume. If you need your order by a certain date, please indicate the date in the notes section at checkout and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Items are shipped out Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All items are shipped First Class with tracking via USPS. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update.
Domestic orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days after it has been shipped. International shipping is available and can take about 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.

In rare cases, packages can get lost in the mail. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you at no charge. However, if the tracking number indicates your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been received.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, your order is subject to re-shipping charges.
Any custom duty and tax are the responsibility of the recipient and is not covered in shipping costs. Please check with your local post office or customs agency for more information on the rules and fees that apply to your country.

Because of the personal nature of jewelry, we cannot exchange pieces that have been worn. We cannot replace or exchange items that have been dropped, lost, scratched, crushed or mishandled on the purchasers part. Please handle your jewelry with care.
Exchanges and or returns will be subject to reshipping charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Handle with care. Keep dry. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing or putting on any lotions or perfumes.
Clean jewelry periodically with a soft dry cloth to remove any sweat or dirt.
After use, store jewelry in an airtight resealable plastic bag or jewelry box.
